ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.] When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mrs.L.Victoria Gowri, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, submitted that challenging the order passed in W.A.(MD)No.283 of 2021, dated 05.02.2021, the respondent has filed an appeal before the Honourable Supreme Court of India, in SLP (C) No.7790 of 2021 and the Honourable Apex Court had granted an order of interim stay on 09.07.2021.

2. Mr.P.Arun Jayatram, learned Counsel for the petitioner also admitted that the matter is pending before the Honourable Supreme Court and an order of interim stay has been granted.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
