This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.04.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent, the petitioner has been called for enquiry and the main complaint itself was closed after enquiry. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner.

3.Since the main petition itself was closed after enquiry, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed.
