ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenu alleging that his daughter was found missing. During the currency of this Habeas Corpus Petition, the third respondent was impleaded as a party.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the police produced the detenu before this Court. We have examined the detenu. According to the detenu, she got married to the third respondent on 08.04.2016. The detenu stated that she wanted to go with the third respondent and to live at his residence. We have also examined the third respondent. The third respondent admitted that he married the detenu on 08.04.2016 and he would take care of her.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not present in Court. The learned counsel wanted us to record the factum of marriage of the detenu with the third respondent and close the Habeas Corpus Petition.

4. Since the detenu is a major, she being born on 06.04.1998 and now that she admitted her marriage with the third respondent and her desire to live with him, there is no need for further adjudication of this Habeas +Corpus Petition.

5. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
