ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.20 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.9133 of 2021 bail petition was dismissed as withdrawn. He also would point out that a further sum of Rs.10,25,000/- is yet to be paid to the victim. The petitioner is not coming forward to make any step to settle the said liability. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any relief.
