ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The issue as to whether the property in question is a private property or patta property cannot be decided in this Writ Petition. It appears that a patta has been issued in favour of the fourth respondent herein. He has also filed a Civil Suit in this regard. It is the case of the fourth respondent that the petitioner is a mere name lender for a person, who owns property in the nearby area, by name, Alagan, S/o.Raman.

2. Considering the above, we are not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to implead himself in the pending suit. No costs.
