This writ petition has been filed praying to call for the records pertaining to the undated impugned auction notification issued by the second respondent herein and quash the same.

2. Mr.C.Selvaraj, Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the impugned Auction Notification will be withdrawn, as there are some patent errors.

3. As the said Auction Notification itself is going to be withdrawn, the petitioner cannot have any grievance and nothing survives in this writ petition.
