O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The detenu, who is none other than the husband of the petitioner, was taken to Sindhupatti Police Station from Idukki, in connection with the missing of a minor girl, who is the detenu in H.C.P.(MD).No.822 of 2016. The petitioner, therefore, filed this Habeas Corpus Petition to produce her husband and set him at liberty.

2. We have examined the petitioner as well as the detenu. The detenu informed us that his son eloped with the daughter of the petitioner in H.C.P.(MD).No.822 of 2016 for the second time. He has no information with respect to the whereabouts of his son and the detenu in H.C.P.(MD).No.822 of 2016. The detenu further informed us that he would co-operate with the police to trace out the detenu in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

H.C.P.(MD).No.822 of 2016.

3. Since the detenu is not in illegal custody, no further adjudication is necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

4. The petitioner and the detenu are directed to co-operate with the police for tracing out the detenu in H.C.P.(MD).No.822 of 2016.

5. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
