This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 2 to produce the body of person of the petitioner's Brother-in-law/Detenu by name Karumuthu Sundaram.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that 13 suspected accused persons already been arrested who are still at large. The Vijayan and his driver appears to be the head of the mercenaries engaged by A-1 and they are still to be secured.

3. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed off.
