ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 187 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the 1/3

respondent submitted that there is no acceptable reason to condone the delay. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and though there is an objection from the respondent, considering the delay as administrative delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 187 days, however, on payment of costs.
