No. MD2075042709323, on the file of the 1st respondent within a stipulated period and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in
the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER : This Writ Petition having come up on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of Time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 04/06/2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the Assistant Sessions Judge,Valliyoor, in D.No.140/2025 dated 28/01/2025, seeking further extension of one month time for disposal of the case in S.C.No.653 of 2023 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Valliyoor, this Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Valliyoor, in D.No.140 of 2025, dated 28.01.2025.
2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the present writ petition, this Court by an order dated 04.06.2024, directed the trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in S.C.No.653 of 2023, within a period of six months. However, the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Valliyoor, has sent a communication dated 28.01.2025, detailing the sequence of proceedings in S.C.No.653 of 2023 and sought time for a further time for a period of one month to dispose the said case.
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant one month time to dispose the proceedings in S.C.No.653 of 2023, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
