Mohamed Kasim aged about 35 years from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 7 before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty. (Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) The petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition stating that her husband namely, Sirajudeen, S/o.Mohamed Kasim, aged 35 years is under the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 7. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the detenu,

namely, Sirajudeen is produced before this Court by the 2nd respondent. On enquiry by us, he stated that he is willing to go along with his wife.
