The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.(MD)Nos.11404 of 2021 and 27789 of 2024 submit that in the order dated 28.11.2025, the names of the petitioner's counsel in W.P.(MD)Nos.11404 of 2021 and 27789 of 2024 have wrongly been mentioned. Therefore, the learned counsel seek for rectification of the said mistake.

3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to correct the name of the petitioner's counsel in W.P.(MD)Nos.11404 of 2021 and 27789 of 2024 as follows:
