Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to directing the 3rd respondent herein to file final report with regarding to the enquiry conduct by him on the petitioners complaint dated on 28.10.2022 in compliance with the Honble High Court order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.994 of 2023 dated 19.01.2023.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANIVELPANDIAN M.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.NAMBISELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 4, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The grievance of he petitioner is that the order passed by this Court, dated 19.01.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.994 of 2023 has not been properly complied with by the respondents police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that based on the order passed by this Court, dated 19.01.2023, 2nd time enquiry was held by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vilathikulam and he concluded that there was no issue between the parties and the above said enquiry report sent to the petitioner on 20.05.2023.

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without proper enquiry the above said complaint was closed.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this petition is closed.
