RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for surrender and execution of sureties before the concerned Magistrate as directed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)no. 9275/2018 dated 08.06.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.MAHABOOB AATHIF, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHADEVI,Government Advocate(criminal side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the learned Magistrate is insisting the petitioners to produce https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ separate sureties for each of the accused. It is clarified that the petitioners have been permitted to offer common sureties. In other
