Heard Mr.S.Sundarapandian, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner and Mr.Ananth C.Rajesh, learned Counsel for the Respondent.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 403 days for filing this Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.M.P.No.6509 of 2012 in M.C.No.11 of 2006, dated 28.11.2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Sundarapandian, learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner, submitted that the Revision Petitioner does not propose to press the Criminal Revision Petition and want to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Revision Petition.

4. Mr.Anand C.Rajesh, learned Counsel for the Respondent, stated that he had no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Crl.RC(MD)SR.No. 13698 of 2025 is rejected.
