ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 332, 506 (ii) and 307 of I.P.C r/w Section 149 I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.164 of 2009, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.10 of 2018, before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Paramakudi. On account of his absence, Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
4.If the petitioner fails to appear before the Court below for future hearings, he is entitled to file appropriate petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C. Even if on one hearing, he is absent and no application is filed for condoning his absence, this order granting anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled.

appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition. The concerned trial Judge is directed to recall the warrant on the same day.
