No.15466/2021 in Cr.No.19/2021 on 07.04.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK RAJA.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend time for two weeks period for producing sureties before the Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, in Crl.OP(MD)No.15466 of 2021 dated 07.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.15466 of 2021 dated 07.04.2022.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.15466 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
