ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to complete the enquiry and dispose of the revision preferred by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No. 2433423/2024/Aa4.

2. I have heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, it would suffice to direct the respondent to dispose the revision.

4. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to hear the appeal of the petitioner and pass final orders on merits, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties. The said exercise should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
