The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus forbearing the respondents 3 and 4 from publishing the panel of eligible Elementary School Head Masters and graduate Teachers for promotion to the post of Middle School Head Master without considering the objections raised by the petitioner vide her representation dated 30.04.2015.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the respondents 2 and 3 for the above said relief. Since no orders have been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the second and third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.04.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, M.P.(MD)Nos.1 and 2 are closed.
