Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.259 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The second petitioner Perumal @ Vadivel is not shown as accused in this case. The first petitioner alone is shown as accused in this case. Hence, this Court is inclined to close the petition with regard to the second petitioner. Another co-accused has been already granted anticipatory bail.

4.Therefore, taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the first petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the first petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The first petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The first petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.

6.This Criminal original petition is closed with regard to the second petitioner.
