ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC in Crime No.116 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.In pursuance of the directions of this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, (FAC), Tirunelveli, has submitted a reply, dated 01.08.2022, wherein, it has been stated that the final report was filed and the case was taken on file in P.R.C.No.237 of 2022 and summons were ordered to be issued for appearance of the accused on 22.08.2022.

CRL OP(MD). No.10427 of 2022 3.Since the learned Magistrate, after taking the case on file, has only ordered for issuance of summons and hence, the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner does not arise. The petitioner is at liberty to appear before the concerned Magistrate and if required, he shall execute a bond as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, (FAC), Tirunelveli. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
