Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records relating to the impugned order of the Respondent dated nil and quash the same and direct the respondent to appoint the Petitioner (Roll No. 13 TE10201421) as BT Assistant (School Assistant ) in HIstory Major with effect from the date on which other candidates are appoionted and granting such other and further reliefs wahich this Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the this case and thus render justice.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
