O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents to survey and fix the boundary stones in Survey No.135/1A1 in Patta No.1041, situated at Mottampatti Revenue Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. The petitioner had given an application on 03.03.2023. The petitioner had also paid necessary charges for conducting the survey.

3. In view of the same, a direction is issued to the respondents herein to issue notice to the petitioner and examine the documents produced by the petitioner and if satisfied, proceed to survey the land and fix the boundary stones in the aforementioned land. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
