ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.4. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.05.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c) and 25 of the NDPS Act, in Crime No.112 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The contraband in question is commercial quantity of kanja. For getting bail the petitioner must satisfy the court under section 37 of the NDPS Act that he is not guilty of the offence in question. This Court went through the contention of he petitioner. No such case is made out.
