Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned rejection order dated 24.04.2015 published by the 2nd respondent in their official website rejecting the claim of the petitioner to write the main examination and quash the same and consequently permit the petitioner to writ the main examination scheduled to be conducted on June, 5th, 6th and 7th of 2015.
