ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the mother of one J.A.Ashwini, whose date of birth is 08.09.1995. Ms.Ashwini is a graduate. According to the petitioner, Ms.Ashwini had been found missing from 06.09.2016 onwards. Therefore, she has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the petitioner made appearance along with her husband. The 2nd respondent produced the detenue. The third respondent also made his appearance. The detenue told us that on her own volition, she went out of her parental home and married the 3rd respondent on 06.09.2016 and the same has also been registered. she does not like to join the petitioner. The said statement is recorded.
