PRAYER :- For Bail in Cr.No.190 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/sole accused herein were arrested on 10.02.2020 for the alleged offences under Sections 324,307 and 302 of IPC.

2. Earlier the petitioner was granted bail and subsequently the petitioner failed to appear before the trial court hence Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 18.07.2018. Thereafter the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.02.2020, hence seeking bail the present application is filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that during the pendency of the Non Bailable Warrant the petitioner was involved in another crime for the offence under Section 307 of IPC and when he was in jail he was arrested in this case on P.T warrant on 10.02.2020.He would also submit that the petitioner herein was secured after much difficulty and if he is released on bail, he will indulge in similar types of offences again. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is absconding for more than two years and that apart pending investigation the petitioner is also involved in another case under Section 307 of IPC and also taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
