ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.K.Azhagarsami, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, Additional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD). No.4486 of 2020 This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.235 of 2020 dated 12.08.2020.
2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 12.08.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till now and prayed the condition to be relaxed.
3. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till now.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.235 of 2020 dated 12.08.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Wednesdays until further order.
