ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the the records relating to the impugned Refusal Check Slip issued by the 2nd Respondent / Sub Registrar, Radhapuram Sub Registrar Office made his proceedings No. RFL/Radhapuram/14/2025 dated 18.03.2025 and consequently to direct the 2nd Respondent to register the Settlement Deed presented by the petitioner in temporary No. TP/ 213783258/2025 dated 18.03.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that the official respondent have rejected to register the sale deed since the land belongs to the temple. This issue was already considered by this Court in the case of Sudha Ravi Kumar and Another Vs. The Special Commissioner and Others in W.P.Nos.30589 of 2013 and batch, dated 05.04.2017, wherein it is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the temple and conduct enquiry and pass orders.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of and the impugned Refusal Check Slip issued by the 2nd Respondent / Sub Registrar, Radhapuram Sub Registrar Office made his proceedings No. RFL/Radhapuram/14/2025 dated 18.03.2025 is hereby quashed. The official respondents are directed to conduct an 2/4

enquiry and pass orders in accordance to law, after issuing notice to both the parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No Costs.
