3.Senthil : Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the first respondent to produce the person or the bodies of (1) Minor.Janani Sri, aged 7 years and (2) Minor.Sakthivelu, aged 1 1/2 years, since missing, before this Court and hand over their custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

****** (Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) The petitioner, by name, Angalaparameswari, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition stating that her minor children, namely, Janani Sri, aged about 7 years and Sakthivelu, aged about 1 1/2 years were missing from the month of August, 2016 and a complaint has been given to the respondent police to that effect. However, since the detenus have not been secured so far, she is before this Court with the present Habeas Corpus Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing today, both the petitioner and the third respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner, appeared before this Court along with their two minor children. When we enquired, they jointly informed this Court that they have entered into a compromise and they have expressed their ready and willingness to live together.
