ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta. Representation has also been given in this regard.

3. The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, issue notice to all the interested persons including the private respondents herein thereafter and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
