Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.GOKUL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.15330 of 2017, dated 10.11.2017 to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court.
