ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Poornachandran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor,for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender by another 15 days in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6102 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5497 of 2020, dated 24.11.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side). 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
