ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue, namely, P.Poomanimala, aged about 19 years. It is alleged that the detenue had been found missing from 17.08.2016. Despite complaint, the detenue has not been secured and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. When the matter was taken up today, the detenue, by name, Poomanimala was produced before this Court and on enquiry,

she informed that she married the third respondent Suriyakumar and she is not willing to go with her mother, but willing to go with her husband, namely, the 3rd respondent.

4.Recording the submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy before the Court concerned.
