ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to grant appropriate permission and adequate police protection to conduct Festival of Arulmigu Thottichiamman Temple at Kaikudippatti, Neerpazhani post, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District, from 03.08.2018 to 12.08.2018, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing in the admission stage itself. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.07.2018, is directed to be considered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and an order to that effect would be passed, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if the said representation is pending with the respondents, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
6.Considering the said circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 02.08.2018.
7.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
