ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. The subject matter pertains to conducting of the petition mentioned Temple Festival. There are private respondents in this writ petition. But it is not possible to issue notice to them because the function is to be held tomorrow. When I indicated that this Court may not be in a position to entertain the writ petition because it has been filed literally at the last minute, the learned Special Government Pleader pointed out that the issues have already been amicably resolved in the peace committee meeting held on 06.06.2022. He also assured that the Temple Festival will be conducted in accordance with the decision taken in the said peace committee meeting.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
