ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C in Crime No.Not Known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.It is a case of job racketing. The petitioner herein had received a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees ten lakhs only) from the defacto complainant with an assurance that he would get him a good job. Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
