O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to issue look out notice against the accused Nos.1 & 2 by namely Nithin Chellapandian in connection with Crime No.49 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 17.04.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the accused persons surrendered before the respondent police on 20.04.2023, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
