ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the contemnors/3rd and 5th respondents herein for their deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.08.2024 in W.P(MD).No.5607 of 2021 under Article 215 of the Constitution of India r/w Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate that the order of this Court made in W.P(MD).No.5607 of 2021dated 01.08.2024 has been complied with.

3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the quantum of payment.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to make a 2/4

representation to the contemnors in this regard. Consequently, connected Sub.A(MD).No.458 of 2025 is also closed.
