ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file the final report in connection with the case in Crime No.323 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police has registered an FIR in Crime No.323 of 2022 and the investigation is in progress. In this case, there is no proof available so far as the above said theft. Hence, he seeks five months time to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the said submissions, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.323 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of five 2/4

months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
