ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition to move a final decree application in O.S.No.190 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Dindigul. The said liberty is granted. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear, on the passing of the final decree, the petitioner will be liable to deposit Non-Judicial Stamp only to the value of his share and not for the share of the second respondent also. There shall be no order as to costs.
