O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.348 of 2020 which was registered for the offences under Sections 468, 471, 406 and 420 IPC and file a final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 1/3

petitioner is the defacto complainant in the above said case and the money involved in the crime runs to several Crore and on that ground, a direction is sought for.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Police have to collect the Bank Statement of several persons and now, they are waiting for verification of accounts. Therefore, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks three months' time to complete the investigation and file a final report.

4. Considering the nature of crime as well as the money involved in this case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
