For Respondent : Mr.K. Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.312 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 448, 294(b), 353, 392 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.312 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This is the second application. Earlier, the petitioner has filed a petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8687 of 2020, and this Court, by order dated 24.08.2020 dismissed the same holding that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

having 34 previous cases including for the offence under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there is no change of circumstances to entertain this application and the fact that the petitioner is having 34 previous cases and he is a habitual offender, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
