This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records of FIR in Crime No. 204 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same as illegal.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that Final Report has been filed and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No. 62 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayankudi and now it is posted for appearance of the accused on 18.07.2023. 2/4
