JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.SRIMATHY,J.) The writ appeal is directed against the order of the writ Court dated 26.03.2025 passed in WP(MD) No.31293/2024.

2.The private respondents in the writ petition are the appellants herein.

3.When the writ appeal was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that the writ Court directed the official respondents to exhume the buried body, which has been buried in the non notified place and pursuant to the order of the writ Court, it is reported that the body has been exhumed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
