ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.402 of 2019 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Considering the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner and the scope of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.402 of 2019, this Court is of the view that a direction for early disposal of the proceedings will be in the interest of justice. Hence, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.402 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.As a result, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
