ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submits that the case was registered against the petitioners in Crime No.107 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 326(e), 296(b) and 353(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The offences alleged against the petitioner are bailable in nature.

2. Hence, this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
