This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.249 of 2024 from the 2nd respondent police station to some other police station or any investigating officer or to some other impartial investigation agency based on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.10.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that in Cr.No.249 of 2024, the respondent police has filed final report before the concerned Court, after completion of investigation.

3.Since the investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court, transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this petition is closed. 22.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No PNM 2/4
