This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2024 and to direct the second respondent to ensure that no Temple honours are extended or given to any one whether he is a political or an influential person or any Vagaiyara during the conduct of the Temple festival relating Arulmighu Thandeeswarara Ayyanar Thirukkovil, situated at Allinagaram Village, Tiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, from 15.05.2024 till 25.05.2024 in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 13654 of 2022 dated 01.07.2022, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2024.

2. Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, submits that there is no practice of extending first honour in favour of any person in the Temple and therefore, this Writ Petition is without any merit.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case, any evidence is available with him that the first honour was given to any person in the Temple. In any event, the official respondents are directed to ensure that there is no first honour extended to any person with any background in the Temple premises.
