Challenging the order dated 02.12.2021, in Crl.MP.No.1900 of 2021 in Crl.M.P.No.2127 of 2020 in C.C.No.119 of 2008, passed by the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, this Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant.
